Jandre is disrespectful to clients and colleagues

I visited Audi Centre Wonderboom today, I was assisted by Eric and he gladly took me to the car and we assessed it, until a guy by the name of Jandre (mechanic or someone technical) rudely and disrespectfully interrupted us and I eventually had to leave because I felt so disrespected.
