Bad service to return a car to the dealership

I bought a VW POLO 1.0 LIFE DSG TSI at AUDI PRE-OWNED WONDERBOOM ,signed the contract online on the 17th April 2023.Went to pick up the car on the 29th April 2023. On arrival, I was then told by the salesperson that there are outstanding items of the car, namely : New mats, License plates and Disc and Spare key. After roughly a week or 2,I got the items except the spare key. Suddenly was like I have to pay for the spare key because the salesperson (Mandla Vukela) stopped giving me feedback about the key because he already made a done deal. Then he told me he ordered the key at some VW in town, they told him they have backlog .On the 6th of June 2023,I kept asking the sales person about the key and he basically said he has it with him. He then texted and said there is something that I still need to sign, that is when I told him I will come on the 5th July 2023.When I got there, he had a key but seemed like a dummy, unprogrammed. I left with the key not knowing what to do with it. On the 11th July 2023,they sent a guy from Audi to come take the car and take it for programming the spare key but that guy came back within an hour to return the car saying they ordered a wrong spare key and with him was the paper they wanted me to sign which was a review of the service i got from the salesperson. I kept making a follow up and then on the 28th July 2023,he told me about backlog, not giving me the time frame. In the beginning of August, I got a call from someone from VW, telling me more about their backlog and how sorry they are. Now the problem began in August ,I started experiencing problems with the car. The Auto start stop was malfunctioning ,the car was not switching back ON when I released the breaks. On the screen it said “ Move lever to P position and then switch ON the ignition” ,which is not how its supposed to be. I then told the salesperson about the issue but he didn’t take me seriously, told me to just switch the Auto Start/Stop system OFF. This happened for about 4 times. The salesperson then said they will book it for an assessment at their workshop. The other issue is the sound that its making whenever I make a U-turn, it feels as if I’m forcing the car to turn. I think the salesperson didn’t take me seriously because at first I told him I didn’t like the car, which is true, I can say I never really had a good feeling about it, always felt like it wasn’t mine, however I tried to convince myself to love the car but only to find out things I did not know about it. I went to check in the car at a VW dealer, only to find out the history of the car. The car had an accident in 2022 November and was fixed for R161 000.00 which can only mean it was a serious accident for such an amount. Now the problem is, this was never disclosed to me in the first place because I sure would have not bought that car if I had known its history. I sent the report to the salesperson and told him that I cant keep this car anymore, his response was only “ I will speak to my manager “. He then kept quiet and I decided to go and return the car. I got to discuss this issue with the manager, Dorietha Gouws from Audi, and they said I must leave the car to be checked, and I specifically told her I am returning it either way, if there are mileages that I have to pay for, so be it. She then said they would not know if the car had an accident, its not what they check for, and continued to ask why I did not check as if I work with cars, this was on the 28th August 2023. I went back for an update on the 5th September 2023,only to be told that they are not taking the car back, they took it to Dekra everything seems fine on their side and if I want to settle ,there will be a short fall of R100 000.00 for the settlement, which means this car lost value within 3 to 4 months for so much. Now I’m left with a car I don’t feel safe in and being forced to keep because I cant settle it. I only want the dealer to take back their car and wipe my name off the ownership and cancel the contract totally.
