Audi Wonderboom ****** me of a service plan that was promised when deal was concluded.

I bought a Renualt Clio IV 900T authentique on 26th June 2020 from sales person by name of Emmanuel... He and I had numerous telephonic calls while we were negotiating the deal on the above mentioned vehicle. The bases of our deal was for him to find a car that I would pay at R3000pm per month for and was still covered by under a service plan... He found a car that was in my price range, but with no service plan and decided to lie to me about the fact that the car was no longer covered under a service plan. On the day, when I went to fetch the car as the deal was about to be finalized, he sent a driver to come fetch me and my wife from home to come and sign the contract. The driver came late, around 17:00, we drove from Katlehong(east rand) to Wonderboom (Pretoria). We got to the dealership around 18:30 and then I started in a another department where a gentleman verified my documents. We then proceeded to his work station, where we concluded the deal. Everything was rushed, I was not given enough time to go through the whole contract as the dealership was closed and Emmanuel the sale person was rushing to leave as well. He then informed that the car was still cover under a service plan, which is the main reason why the deal was concluded. He assured me that it was covered, even one of his colleagues Phetole Ramonakga who authorized/witnessed for him was there when he said that the car was covered under a service plan. I later fond out that the car was not covered under a service plan, through a an agent from ABSA called to offer me a service plan and that was 3 months later... I went to the dealership to report this as I could not get a hold of Emmanuel anymore, this is when I found out that he had been fired. I brought this to the attention of Ms Dorietha Gows who is the dealership manager, she started by defending Emmanuel as every manager would, saying that this should have been noted... "Noted by who?" I asked... "By the sale person" she answered and mention that he should have given me a contract that stipulates that the car is under a service plan... I responded by telling her that, him not giving me the documents was his decision as the car also has a warranty and that contract has not been given to me till this day either. Ms Dorietha, then saw how the underhand dealings of her staff was wrong, she referred me another sales person to try and help resolve this problem. Mxolisi was his name, he wasted 3 months acting like he was helping, just to delay the process until I stopped complaining, but I did not stop and in December 2020, Ms Dorietha saw that I was not giving up so she arranged for a service for my car as it was due. It was serviced only once in January and then she said she that the service was for the first and last time, yet I was assured it would be 3 services by Emmanuel.
