WORST AFTER SALE DEALERSHIP EVER

Bought a brand new S4 from Audi Northcliff about a year ago, kept the car in good condition and didn't even get to its 15k in a year, got a notification to change oil so i took it into Audi westrand which is closer to me, on a weekend as the vehicle is my everyday ride to work and to see clients, its even registered in the business name, i told them this, told them the one problem that im having and left, picked the car back and the problem has gone wrong i have been complaining and complaining from one person to the other and no one deems it fit to sort this thing out, they keep telling me they are waiting for a courtesy vehicle so they can swap mine for that and work on that, its been almost two weeks now and my movement has been limited because of this. Meanwhile, they are going about business as usual. When they are busy wanting to make the sale, they will call you a million times a day but when it comes to them acting right its another story, i even called audi northcliff to complain and a lady who took my call told me to ****** of and take my car wherever i wanted. I am just bidding my time, when push comes to shove i will institute legal actions and see if they will keep being silly about this.
