Audi West Rand, I still do not have my spare key 5 months later..

I Bought a car with them and collected it on the 17th January 2020, to-date 5 months later I still do NOT have my spare keys..!

Jacque the salesman **** since then to say my key was ordered in January and to-date nothing.

Lockdown is NO excuse as it happened 2 months full after my sale.

The used cars sales Manager is also not so useful, I had to beg him to call me and all he said is that my key is ordered with no timelines nothing.

Their service is terrible.
