Refund.

My car audi a5 under 26000 km had aweful noises coming from the sunroof. Took it in and had to pay R5000 holding fee for a courtesy car. Returned car next day 3 may all in order . Was advised credit refund of full R5000 will be back in my acc in 7 days. Not sure why credit takes so long but agreed as refunds can if processed same day reflect in three days. Normally a merchant will hold funds as security and not bank. But debit was processed on 2 may. Today is the 12th no refund for credit received. Called and left msg for a manager . Still waiting. So big companies can enrich themselves. if 10 clients took courtesy cars on 2 may thats R50000 that Audi had of others money now for 10 days. Sad.
