poor customer service

My car broke down and was towed to Audi Umhlanga for repairs , They did a diagnosis and told us there was a fault with injectors however repair cost will be R16000 which i was not happy about as my car is being serviced on time and had just gone for a major service recently i than spoke to them and they said repairs will now be R9500 . However my husband recieved a call to say car is ready for collection on his arrival whilst on the dealership premises when starting the car the engine management light came on and he notified his service advisor Marius Parsons he than took the car to the workshop on the dealer premises for about 45 minutes came back the light was off but on our way back home the light came back on and we noticed that the temprature gauge was not working and when switching of the car after a drive the fan was extremely loud ,we called the dealership and they said we must bring the car back , we did just that brought the car and now they called us and said its the thermostart that was damaged and repair cost will be R13000 ...so our point to them was why did they give us a car that was not properly fixed and why did they not pick up the problem during the initial repair why are we being charged new labour where as this coudl have been done on the initial.repair. I then contacted Audi SA and was dealing with Simone Bell of which the service im getting from them is also poor no response to.emails , phone calls she is hardly available and they promise she will call back but never does so...Simone then told me they will split the.cost and we will pay R4000 we paid that R4000 and went and collected the car after 2 days the engine management light came back on and the car made a squicky noise and oil pressure alarm came on three times .We called Audi Umhlanga and notified them again they said we must bring the car back now they are telling of a new damage and repair that needs to be done and it will cost about R10000 and they so arrogant and brave to even tell us we need to pay . Car is still with them i have told them to stop whatever they doing and changing dealerships now .

I feel this is more of a race issue the fact that i am black im getting **** service ...and im treated like a cash*** everyweek for the past three weeks i have to pay Audi for new repairs how can this be possible? Each time they fix they damage something im appealing to anyone who wants to buy an Audi to really think twice .

I want them to refund my money so i can pay Pinetown to fix my car because Audi Umhlanga has failed me .

I cannot be doing new set of repairs everyweek each time they fix , they damage something and fails to take responsibility or ownership ..i will not rest im going to the Motor industry Ombudsman and have contacted Wendy Knowler about this treatment .
