Malfunctioning product and bad service

I own an Audi A3 bought brand new in 2013 September. The car has 100k or 5 yr warranty. It is still under warranty as I haven't exhausted my kilometers. It has a full service history with Audi Umhlanga. I have had numerous problems with the vehicle. To name the least

-the turbo failed and they replaced it.

-,the engine was consuming a lot of oil and they did work on the cylinder head.

-the problem wasn't sorted, they eventually had to replace the whole engine.

-after that the gears were stuck I couldn't change them

-now its jecking with engine and EPC lights on, stop start function showing faulty on the dash, gears are also intermittent especially reverse gear gets stuck now and again.

-each time I encounter these problems I am told to book the vehicle and the waiting period is nothing less than a week. And when the vehicle is gone for repairs I am stuck without a vehicle because they tell me there are no courtesy cars available.

My car has been in for repairs numerous times which is a huge inconvenience for me.

I am currently disgusted by the brand and how they handle my situation.

I called Audi SA who seems to be no assistance to me.

I feel very frustrated because I am the one suffering while I pay a lot of money to drive their brand.

Regards

Nomankwali Laurretta Madonsela - ********** 033
