Inability To Repair Own Brand Vehicle

On 17 February 2016 my Audi A3 1.6TDI reg. CH17HFGP were towed in to Audi Umhlangha dealership due to a starting problem. The same defect remains unresolved as of today 8 March 2016. Day after day I have to hear that one part after the other are \believed\" to be the cause of the electrical defect resulting in the vehicle not starting. As one of the German flagship brand vehicles, I can however hope that the service and skills were on the same level. As of today, the same technician and service advisor are dealing with the matter, without resolution. I can say that yesterday, 20 days after the vehicle arrived at the workshop at least a auto electrician was called out. <br> <br> I will keep you posted "
