ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH A VEHICLE THAT WAS PURCHASED

* To whom it may concern <br> <br> Please see below the list of events that occurred during our terrible experience with Audi Umhlanga<br> <br> * I purchased a VW POLO from Audi Umhlanga in November last year <br> * In January we realised that the licence was expired and we never received the reminder for the new licence , we contact Israel and he advised that the CAR WAS NOT LICENCED and the car needed to go for COR.* The reason that Israel gave us was that he forgot , he only picked up the vehicle in March. * The driver of Audi Umhlanga returned the unlicensed vehicle to us and expected us to use it , only when we call them and requested a courtesy car did we receive one.* The vehicle was taken for COR and it failed COR.<br> * The vehicle was only returned to us one month later.* In the last four months we used four different courtesy cars because Audi Umhlanga had the car on and of for the last four months.<br> This is the forth time that the vehicle is taken in for repairs. We had a meeting with Greg and advised him that we want a refund however they refuse to give us a refund but continue to put us in inconvenience and danger. I have a four month old baby and i am expected to us this vehicle.
