Disappointing treatment of customers at Audi Umhlanga

I am appalled at the attitude and audacity of the Service Manager (Junaid) at Audi Umhlanga. I have been with Audi for over 5 years, and have had a good experience thus far with Audi Umhlanga. Today's incident however completely tarnished that, especially considering that this was an incident involving one of their senior staff.

I took my vehicle in for a booked service, and was told by the service manager that there was a backlog and I could not be seen to on time. Upon enquiring about why this was the case and how long the delay would be (since I had to go in to work and arrange for someone to pick me up) he explained that there was an outbreak of COVID amongst their staff over the weekend, meaning that they were short staffed on this day (Monday). This was completely understandable and I thanked him for the explanation. All was fine up to this point.

However about 5 minutes later he comes back to me with a print out, showing me that I was late ( I was 7 minutes late, and I was told when making the booking that they basically work on a first come first serve basis anyways and the time is just a guide). I don't understand the purpose of him doing that - there was a backlog of people before me anyways, and he told me people had been waiting half an hour. The only purpose was basically to tell me that I shouldn't even be enquiring about how long I needed to wait.

When I asked him what the purpose of bringing the printout to me was, he started being very rude. He started to interrupt me and said he doesn't want to hear a lecture. He actually asked me if I wanted my vehicle to be serviced or not.

I later spoke to the Dealer Principle (Ravi Naidoo), and he simply heard me out and didn't really engage much in conversation at all. He simply said that he would speak to the Service Manager. Nothing more. Not even a basic apology of any sort. This was very disappointing and it has changed my whole perception of Audi. Customers do not matter, and the senior staff are more interested in trying to win silly argument points instead of treating customers with dignity and respect.
