Dealer witholds deposit without valid reason

Dealership was visited on 09/04/15. My enquiry and request related to the purchasing of a new Audi TT. The sales person provided me with a list of TT's available on the system as well as the extras. I advised him that some of the extras were not required, but eventually selected a vehicle. I did not order or procure a vehicle that specifically met my needs, it was one of the vehicle that were available. On 14/05 I was advised that the vehicle had arrived, and the following morning I followed up with Ashley to confirm in writing that I no longer wanted to proceed and that he had to arrange for my deposit to be refunded.<br> <br> On 16/05 I was advised vie email that my deposit would not be returned as the vehicle \was ordered specifically from the factory as per my specifications
