Audi umhlanga rogues and ******** ,

I have just been ****med by audi umhlanga , whereby a friend referred me to them , I have taken my audi a3 sline 2.0litre turbo to them bcoz my gears lights where flashing , so they asked to do a diagnosis o the car which I did give them on a rollback , now they say the that my clutch kit is broken and it will cost approx 20k to sort out , they have been dragging me since and never returned my car , then I asked why is it so long the guy marius one of the consultants started taking of with me and telling that they are doing their job , however they have been giving me a report or update after we argued he dropped the call on me and then later was called by the customer services manager to promise that my car will be done by the next day , I waited and nothing ,so my irony was that they diagnosed my car before doing anything and now they can't seem to even know what are they doing so made me speak with the dealer principal by Greg Gareth , spoke to him and he insured to cal back but nothing since now they want me to 81,000 more bcoz now my gearbox is broken which they would've seen prior to taking 19k from me , they victimising me , n are lying to customers, , they are rogues
