AUDI UMGHLANGA - VERY POOR SHOW

I've been an Audi buyer for many years

Aside from the actual vehicle what has attracted me is the service of being returned home after dropping off my vehicle as well as being fetched to collect it when service completed In addition my vehicle used always to be washed

Since the advent of covid audi umghlanga discontinued both of the above services - which was understandable UP UNTIL THIS POINT!!!

Before continuing I must say that the front line staff in general are very professional as I assume the actual vehicle service is

HOWEVER!!! covid is no longer an excuse at level 1 for not re introducing prior client service, TOTALLY NOT AN ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE!!!

I've spoken to many people who have somewhat less costly vehicles and other makes if, if a lift is required from The dealership it is offered WITHOUT HAVING TO BEG & PLEAD.

In addition their cars have ALWAYS been returned clean This is an abysmal reflection on AUDI UMGHLANGA!!!

Given the sad state of our economy and terrible unemployment I'm sure Audi Umghlanga could be more generous and employ some washbay people

In speaking to someone off the record at the dealership seems it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY - pretty disgusting

As it happens I managed to cage a lift out but not back, as did another person

Both if us agree we will be looking at other equitable makes if above is not re introduced. Sad state as our loyalty will force us to look elsewhere due to the meanness and short sightedness of AUDI UMGHLANGA
