worst service

<p>For the first time in my life; where i feel so disrespected and treated like a yoyo; by Audi the Glen service department; I had to call and confirm that they received my car after it was towed to them; now I have to make daily calls to ensure that something is happening.... they are unsure when parts are arriving; unsure what is happening with the car and I always get we will call you back tomorrow with a response. I do not know if its because I am female that I am given such a terrible treatement. I am even starting to hate the brand audi.... they are irresponsible; they have I dont care behaviour; no sense of urgency; this treatment from audi the Glen is sickning. Can I for once get a straight answer with regards to what is happening with my car? To make matters worse I have no curtesy car to travel to work with; yet im being taken from pillar to post. Do they even know what they are doing? The worst service ever. disgruntled and unhappy client</p>
