Worst experience. Don't buy a car from Audi the glen

Worst experience ever. We bought a car from them we recieved the car at 17,55 just before closing time. We got home and saw the front grill was broken and saw on the photos it had been like that before we tooked the car my husband send the photos to the sales person . He ignored our message my husband went the next morning as soon as they opened to ask them to fix the grill as it was sold broken to us. The manager said he can only go 50/50 so we have to pay 50% of the amount for the new grill as they say they already lost a amount of profit on the car. That is not the clients problem.Our car was supposed to have it service valet and smash and grab as well as new carpets. Still nothing they said they will send us a quote for the grill its been more than a week calling them and they just don't get back to us I even went there after work but it is the same story over and over again. I would not recommend anyone doing business with Audi the glen.
