Service Maintainance

I took my car in for a gear box and I've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to take it back in since the oil is leaking and the accelerators doesn't work anymore. It keeps on raving when I try to accelerate. I called in to refer the matter to the service manager as I was not getting any feedback from the service consultant but I'm yet to hear from both of them. I've been the one calling with empty promises. I'm so discourage and disappointed with their attitude towards their clients
