WORST AUDI EXPERIENCE

Really made me feel unwelcome and that they are not there to assist anyone who is out of motor plan / highway plan. Quoted me R133 000 to fix issues that were eventually properly and speedily fixed for R17,500 by independent (former Audi) technicians. Even the service manager seemed embarrassed by the quote. He was a decent guy but who clearly can't influence the quotes. Shame on you Audi Claremont. Disgusting. If I ever buy an Audi again I will go back to Audi Century City. Will never set foot in Audi Claremont again. Not that you guys care.
