Audi Claremont shocking service.!

I paid a deposit for a car on the 23.06 today is the 09.07 and it’s still not returned. I paid from an FNB account why would it be returned from Absa if Audi has a FNB account.! I was told numerous times that it was paid but obviously it’s not as it does not take 3 days to clear from bank to bank but a absolute max of 2 days.! I have a business and know exactly how long it takes and why. I have refunded clients before! This is a total joke.! I will definitely not consider buying a car from this dealer even in the future. Very bad service.! Layers! Management did not even try to apologize. Shocking.!
