Audi Claremont PETHETIC

Iv taken my car to audi Claremont for something very simple,a zing sound that was just a bit annoying,they then actually the work shop manager then made the assumption it's a oil separator unit that caused that sound and it costed me just over R5000 to repair,the very same day when I was called to say my car was ready for collection,I then fetched it and drove it home,when I got home iv discovered the same noise was still there,took it back the very next day and the whole workshop could here the noise,they then did another assessment and called me to say they actually found the problem and that it is/was the alternater pully that was the actual problem that was causing the zing noise,oh that came with a quote of just over R6400,so the alternater pully was replaced and I was garenteed once again that was the problem,car has been checked and tested by there quality control inspection guy who ever that is,but ya the car is perfect,or at least that's wat they say,guess what I collect the car and the very same noise is there what a joke,so the car goes in again and gets checked again now they tell me it's the aircon pump compresser and that cost is JUST OVER R27000,really R27000. I then called a meeting with the work shop manager RUSSELL,who came up with a bunch of excuses he can't even proof how the car was checked,nor does he even know who ticked the box to say the car is sorted but the box is ticked. Then I Called the DP of audi Claremont oh that was a complete waste of time,hes so arrogant he came out straight we will refund you R5500 first payment if you come fetch your car and take it to an other dealership to be fixed,?is that because I told him I can proof to him that he's workshop manager and so called technicians is *********** and that I'm also fully aware that instead of real master technicians that audi Claremont claims to have is actually a bunch of wat the call RSA just working there and that's wat you paying for under qualified staff working on your car. #audi Claremont PETHETIC #audi Claremont workshop manager *******,and PETHETIC. #audi Claremont DP (PRINCIPLE) SHAWN PEACH REALLY REALLY PETHETIC,HES THE ONE THAT TOLD EITHER I PAY THE R21000 OR I CAN COME FETCH MY CAR AND THEY WILL REFUND ME MY R5400,THEN I MUST TSKE MY CAR ELSE WHERE.
