Audi CLAREMONT - Brand new vehicle breaking continuously !!!!!

Good evening. I would like to bring to your attention my disgust towards Audi and the customer service.I have recently bought an Audi Q2 from Audi Claremont, Cape Town, South Africa in which I have been having endless problems with my vehicle and the service I have been receiving, i don't not buy second hand vehicles and this is my second vehicle purchased from Audi in the past few years. My brand new Audi Q2 has been breaking down and not starting over the past 2 months. This evening my car broke down for the 3rd time in the past month. I was stuck in the rain at 5pm this evening, I am a 65 year old woman, this is not safe and not the reason I bought a brand new car, where is the reliability and safety? What if I got hijacked or killed because of a brand new vehicle!!! I will be laying a formal and social media complaint because I have had enough of the miss management and bad service I have been receiving at Audi Claremont!When my car broke down the first time I received a dirty courtesy car with coffee cups and newspaper laying around! To top it off the petrol tank was completely drained with less than 5km on the clock!! Now my car breaks down again this evening and Audi sends a tow truck to collect my vehicle, how am i supposed to get to work or get around with no other vehicle, i am completely disgusted with the attitude of staff and management, no care in the world, only time i ever received proper service was when i had to lay out almost R700 000 for a new vehicle! The public needs to be aware of what happens after you buy a new vehicle and attitude of management and sales at Audi " Just another sold vehicle" Audi needs to send me a car to drive immediately and replace my vehicle or i want my money back!!!
