Audi Centre Claremont Pathetic lazy and inefficient service

The service is shocking, I have waited for over a week to be supp**** with a quote for my Audi. They do not return calls, even when I requested to speak to the manager or franchise owner hr did not respond. The consultants that I spoke to are Mischka and Zoe. Very poor service for a upmarket product.
