14K to strip engine

i wrote a review on Audi SA page regarding the service i got from Audi Claremont.i had a nice chat with Udine she even send me a message that i will get a follow up the Tuesday 7th July, she actually called the Wednesday,said she spoke to Audi Claremont and that my spark plug wasn't needed to be replaced on my 120km major service,i was upset told her i will find out and get back to her.after an hour i try calling back she wasn't available i left my details for her to call back which she didn't ,the Thursday i called again they told me she was off that day again i left a message but up until today no feedback.

I took my car to Audi Claremont with a diagnostic test that ive done privately R300,why because Audi charge me R1300 to do it and im paying it out of my pocket they needed to replace my coil on my car,i needed to leave the car with them.Friday morning when i called Shakeel he told me that it not just my coil and that they needed to strip my engine and my maintenance plan wont cover and i needed to pay 14K for them to check my engine.and they not going to do the coil alone. I told him its fine i will fetch my car,i call back to say my insurance company will fetch the car,he than advised me that i 1st needed to pay them R1200 or R1300 for what they work on my car that is where the trouble start because i didnt authorities any1 to work on my car without keeping me in the loop,Miska the lady that book my car in assume that my warranty will cover what ever they do on my car,i spoke to Russel (manager)worse you can get try to manipulate me asking after a long debate he said i can fetch the car without any payment,1st of all i never give them authorization to do as they please. I took my car to a private mechanic (Audi specialist) he replaced my coil and spark plugs and my car is driving so much beter. Udine called me that day with a follow-up,that they didn't needed to replace my shocks on my 120km service like really shocks it was SPARK PLUGS. THEY DIDN'T NEEDED TO REPLACE IT ON 120KM BUT I GOT A PROBLEM ON 130KM WHERE I NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. Audi Claremont charge me 14K to strip my engine cause they convince the problem is there
