Insolent attitude, non performance

I bought a car in Dec and after being told the price was not really negotiable i pointed out 3 items which includes scratches on front right, left rear and a crack in a tail light. Its agreed that it will be fixed for me. I sign papers and collect the car only to realize nothing was fixed. I drop the car in Jan as arranged when the supplier reopen and after a week get my car back. Only the front and light fixed I thanked the salesman for arranging but point out that the rear is still not fixed. At this point George tells me he never agreed to respray the whole car!! No but you did agree to fix the 3 things before I bought the car and again when I returned it Jan. What insolent stinking attitude. Unacceptable and this from a “reputable” dealer. You can really have it back now. Gross and ********* behavior! Non performance on the contract. I will take my good money elsewhere.
