Bad Service from Audi Center Rivonia

I took my car to Audi center Rivonia for service and highlighted to them that there’s an. Issue with the Air conditioner, they first told me that they don’t know what’s wrong with it. I was then told to come and fetch my car and the they will let me Know when the part will be received and for more than a week I was not given feedback... Today I called and they are telling me that they need to a look at the car and they can help next week as they don’t have a loan car - I regret taking my car to Audi Rivonia and I don’t think this is how Audi treats it’s customers - Absolutely unhappy about the service that I am continuously receiving from Audi Rivonia - Chris
