Bad service

I saw a car online at Audi Centre Rivonia last week, the salesperson phoned me I explained to him and we reached an agreement. My application was processed & it was successful. I noticed some fees, enquired why I'm being charged R6500 when I'm fetching the car myself & even if they were delivering it the amount was ridiculous as I'm in the province but didn't get any explanation. I also asked about the registration as I wanted to register it myself to avoid unnecessary fees but was told it's in the company policy they register the car themselves, I understood that. I noticed that they didn't apply to any commercial bank so I get a competitive quote & compare interest rates, etc. I asked about this but no explanation. The only breakdown I got was for their in house finance even that they already chosen a payment plan for me. I asked why am I given only one option and how will I know that this is the best payment plan & interest for me like everything no explanation. I'm not sure if all clients are treated this way or the dealership is classist.
