What an absolute nightmare .. charged for items that were never done .. confronting the franchise principal about this.. he turned condescending and insulting.. screaming at me and chasing me out of the dealership in front of many other people .. refused to give me a copy of previous worksheet .. save yourself time and frustration and avoid this deranged setup which is an utterly embarrassment foe the Audi brand.. just read other comments on their website and your will understand ..
