warranty claim

<p>i bought a Chefrolet Captiva 2012 model for Audi Northcliff as a used car and took out a maintanace plan and extended warranty and a mag protection plan with the purchace on the vehicle.When i took the vehicle for its fist service on 58000 km they advised me that i have a service plan and not a maintanance plan and certian things will not be covered.I took it up with the dealership and with Motorite and both declined to fix it and refered me to the other party ,Charlene vermeulen at Audi and Dino Barelli at Motorite.</p>
