Shady car deal at Audi Mbombela

I was disappointed to learn that “On the road fees” is *******. I recently had a car financed by a bank. The deal structured by the salesman had a Delivery fee of 5400 rands even though I drove the car myself from the dealership. The car salesman promised he would prepare my car for Anti smash and grab but denied having promised when I enquired about it. I feel I have been treated unfairly and I would like Audi head office to intervene and sort this out before I take it to the ombudsman. There’s been cases already with BMW and VW with the NCR.
