Absolutely shocking and horrific experience on the purchase of my new car in Dec 2018 I am still having issues and have taken this matter to Audi SA still no resolution. I am told that they can do nothing. My new car has been from being scratched to leather seats after factory fitted....to much more. i dont kmow where else to turn as im getting nowhere
