Horrible service from Natasha Moodley Audi Richards Bay?

She called me at 11:30 2021/06/03 to tell me that the driver is around my work place can he pick me up, when I asked if my car is ready she said it’s not ready I will wait in the lounge it will be ready in an hour (12:30). I told her I cannot do that as I am at work, I don’t have time to leave my work to wait there. Please send the driver when the car is ready. She then had the audacity to say “where’s your fiancé can’t he come pick you up”. I told her he’s at work he’s not going to do that.

According to what she said my car was ready at 12:30 yet I was only picked up at 16:30 when she knew I knock off at work at 15:00. When I asked why I wasn’t picked up on time she said the driver went to pick another customer at 14:30 at Mtubatuba which is 30min away from my work. Mind you my car was done at 12:30. She couldn’t give me a reason why I wasn’t picked up at 13:00 instead of 16:30. Worse part of it all I had to pick up my kid from school at 15:30, ended up having to pay aftercare cause I was extremely late. I got there at 18:00.

What made me even angrier was the fact that she didn’t even apologize, somehow this is all my fault because I refused to come wait for my car at their lounge?, and that manager of hers was clearly on her side by asking me stupid questions. Asking me if I told Natasha I have to fetch my kid at 15:30, told them it was none of their business because I was told my car will be ready at 12:30??♀️. I even asked her why she didn’t send a salesman to pick me up at 12:30 and she said everyone was busy, mind you the dealership was empty. It was heavily raining outside, no one came to buy a car?.

This not being the first time getting such service from her, 2weeks back i took my car for service on Saturday and she said there’s no transport on weekends so I must wait for the car. I absolutely refused to wait cause the lady I booked with said there’s transport to take me home (which was 5min away from the dealership). One of the mechanics ended up taking me home with my own car and I let it slide but this one is absolutely UNFORGETTABLE!!!
