Discriminating Dealership

If I could give no star I would, this is the absolute worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I have never set foot in this place but the ************** I have been subjected to at the hands of this dealership including it’s superiors it’s appalling. Unless you want to hate dealerships for the rest of your life please stay away from this one.

I was purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I saw the car online and submitted my details. The next day I was called by a salesman by the name of Sboniso Ndzimande we spoke and I also advised the salesman that because I work for the bank I would submit the vehicle finance application to the bank I work for for better rates. Salesman understood this was sent an offer to purchase tool it to my bank, when the application was approved the bank submitted a podium. Now of you fami**** with this process you would know that this is technically a sale of the vehicle but to my surprise the dealership comes back and says that the car has been sold to someone else. This dealership and it’s salesman didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know this I had to be the one running after them when news relating to my car ceased. I have called Audi to lay a formal complaint about this I just hope at the end of this all I will get a happy solution because this dealership is ********* and clearly has discriminatory ways.
