Shocking service from Audi Centre Gqeberha

Totally disgusted with the level of service from Audi Centre William Moffett. My car service came to R10k in January. No car wash ? The excuse was no cars get washed due to water shortages, but yet cars were being washed in your wash bay.

Apparently you cleaned in the interior... half a job done there too. Mitsubishi down the road does a service and the client receives a sparking clean car. If you aren't going to provide the service of a car wash or shuttle then at LEAST make up for it by compensating your client with a voucher to have the car washed at a car place. I'm still waiting for your customer service department to call me to rate your service.
