Suspect of ********** Vehicle Purchase Deal

***** is what I call this experience!!!! My terrifying experience towards the dealership is after my discovery that the dealership has sold and delivered vehicle different than the described in the contract agreement financed by Audi Financial Services. The offered goods in the contract states "2015 Audi A4 2.0TDI SE MULTITRONIC", the goods currently in my position and paying installment for is found to be "2015 Audi A4 2.0TDI S MULTITRONIC. The difference in goods is the other is a "S" Model which is a lower package and the other "SE" is executive package. The Audi dealership has referred this as was as an assistance to cover the short fall of my trade in? Bottom Line is it means I never qualified since i had a shortfall and with that I never agreed to cover a short fall in a ********** manner to have the bank or financial institute to approve the bank. They are the sales experts and i would know how they get deals to be approved. I discovered this issue when i was selling this car due to have lost employment and wanted to settle the contract by one of the Audi dealership and it was found that the vehicle description differs with the signed contract. Wesbank has threatened to repossess the car which them also they are also promoting this ********** business as they have done nothing to rectify this issue. They appeared to me with their Agents (WESBANK) to say they are concern is the outstanding balance/Arrears of the account. Therefore it's All in one ********** pot where i have been pressed both by dealership and the financial institute. I am willing to fight for my rights as a consumer whether they repossess the car or not, at the end JUSTICE will be done and the dealership will face the consequences.
