Great Customer Service from Audi Centre Pietermaritzburg

Last week whilst driving to Umtata we picked up a sudden humming noise in the back of our Audi A3, as we were traveling at night we decided to push on and stop over in Pietermaritzburg as had been the initial plan. Luckily we made it and 1stbthing the following morning we had to find the nearest Audi Centre or dealership and luckiky we found Audi Pietermaritzburg with ease.

I decided to write this review based on the warm reception and great help received feon the fuys over at the dealership/ centre, wow what a bunch of warm individuals.

We were attended to immediately without the stupid questions i always get at BMW...what is your vin number... is the car still under warranty...will you be paying cash because our diagnostic fee is blah blah...and this is always the case when you walk right through their doors at most dealerships.

Anyway Marcia organised someone (Naren) for us who came and test drove the car with us for a good 20 minutes or so then we went back to the centre where they hoisted the vehicle up and proceeded to run several tests...in the end we were given the diagnosis and were assured that we can proceed with our journey and have the issue looked at upon our return.

In the end we were not charged a cent and were sent on our way with the warmest well wishes.
