pathetic service from the dealership

I had referred a client to one of their sales guys, his name is Zweli. In return he was suppose to pay me as a spotter. initial amount was 15k.

He he had delivered the vehicle. when he had to pay me he had said he can only pay around 4-5k and I said its fine. a day later I received a cash deposit of 3k.

called dealership to confirm this and it turned out he had ****** the money. had it deposited to a friend's account. total of 13k.

the dealership had said they would pay and deduct from him. 3 weeks later I've received 5k and endless excuses from Zweli.

I've spoken to the dealer principal and that has gotten to a point where he doesn't seem to care.
