Poor customer service

On the 7th of May my car went in to audi center I'm Middleburg to repair a broken fuel pipe on the 27th of May my husband went to fetch the car on his way the car started having warning signs and lost towed and it had to be towed back to the centre. Yesterday I have been trying to get hold of the service manager to find out if the vehicle was check before they released up until now I haven't heard from the centre and no one has even have the curtosey of even informing me that my vehicle has arrived and when will they check it. I feel the customer service is very poor. At least if they took the time to just informing me what is going on so I can be at ease but no I haven't heard anything from then I understand that there might be alot of vehicles that they must attend due to this lockdown issues but I still feel they service is very poor
