Never Buy an Audi

Bought a Audi A1 second hand that still had a maintenance plan Left dipper light malfunctioned shortly after i bought the car it went back 3 times under maintenance. A control box was replaced one of the times then a second part and the 4th time i was told its the bulb paid for that That lasted a whole of 4 days malfunction back. Car back then its control box again. Now they say sorry the 12 month warranty expire when then maintenance plan expire When i said i want their policy in writing stating that They told me no its confidential and i must phone Audi SA as its their rules after lodging a complaint with no feedback for over a week eventually when i phoned for the 3rd time i was told Its the dealerships decision as its privately owned! So why send me to Audi SA! Just waisting my time. Poor poor service Will not advice anyone buying a Audi! Nice car but poor service ruins the experience.
