failure to explain inability to fix loose road map

So I visited Audi Hatfield today for service and for fixing the loose front windscreen road camera, not sure what they call that thing exactly (installed by Audi Hatfield, the dealer which I bought the car from). they only serviced the car and not fixed the loose road camera as requested. they did not even bother to explain. Instead they just sent someone (the guy who was responsible for the sanitization of my car) to give me the keys when I went to collect the car. That guy , understandably, was just instructed to inform me that they were unable to fix the road camera. I MEAN, THE TECHNICIAN OR WHO EVER RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE CAR COULD NOT COME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THAT THING WAS NOT FIXED OR AT LEAST WHAT MUST I NOW . WHAT ****SES ME OFF IS that this was not the first time I asked them to fix that thing, I did previously ask them orally when I went to the dealer to fix something else earlier on this month, although my request was not on paper work that time. I did not bother to engage them regarding the fixing of the this thing that time as the request was not done formally. I mean when I talk about fixing, it is just needs to be glued to the windscreen only. Apparently they have been voted Audi dealership number one for years, thus far I fail to see how come they have been voted NUMBER 1. disappointed!!!
