Audi Bruma-disgusting service

I am currently experiencing the WORST service from Audi centre Bruma. My brand new vehicle, only 2 months old, broke down 2 days ago and wouldn't start. My vehicle got towed to Audi centre Bruma, my preferred dealership for the last 6 years, since it has been there I have not been contacted once with an update on what is wrong with the vehicle and was not even offered a solution to how I can now get around. I go to the dealership to see what's happening only to be told that towed vehicles take up to 48 hours to process, which is fine, but still no curtisy vehicle available and no offer for a solution. I have been having to phone for updates and still, here is sit, with no feed back or calm back from the dealership. This service is disappointing and disgusting to say the least. I entrusted Audi as a brand, only for my brand new vehicle to break after 2 months, and then to recieve this type of service. Very unsatisfied.
