Hi Audi Centre Braamfontein

I must express the fact that I experienced possibly by far the very best customer service of all time.

On the 17th June 2020 at 6pm to be precise I called Bongani Dlamini to make a general enquiry on the Audi vehicles and specials available. In all honesty I knew very well that I didn’t have an interest of acquiring an Audi as a BMW owner and a fan.

Post our call I was still not sold; all sales personnel sound the same – “my perception”.

Well everything changed when I honoured his visit to Audit centre Braamfontein on the 19th June 2020. He presented me with an option of 2 cars and to be frank I was hooked.

He took me for a test drive; oh boy!!! I think I was in love.

The deal was not smooth sailing as anticipated; I experienced challenges on my side with the application but Bongani was able to keep me calm and was optimistic that the deal will be a success.

A week later on the 26th June 2020 I saw myself driving out of Audit Centre Braamfontein with a Brand new car.

The customer service from Bongani Dlamini was bespoke to my character, interest & persona yet professional.

I am so impressed! What a remarkable person and company. Audi centre Braamfontein has a customer for life!!!
