Bad service by administrator

Good day I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received today from one of the ladies who work in the service department reception area at Hatfield Audi Braamfontein, the huge woman who sits at the middle desk, I came in the morning at around 8:20 to obtain a quotation for two things one was to get an idea of how much the service of my Audi Q5 would cost me then the second was to get a quotation for a service kit only for the same Q5, the said lady told me I shouldn't be asking for a quotation I should just bring my car in for servicing as I drive an Audi and I should afford to get it serviced by Audi dealers therefore she would not give me a quotation for the service Kit as 'it's not classy' for an Audi to be serviced elsewhere but at audi, I did not find that professional at all, she went on and on as she was enjoying the laughter and attention of people who where sitted at the reception area who found what she was saying funny as she humiliated me for asking for a quotation and considering to service my car 'under a tree' as she puts it, she basically denied to offer me the service I had come to your business to obtain as I left with no questions, I'd appreciate it if you taught this woman to respect your clients and potential clients wishes, provide service as requested and not deny people service because she does approve of what they intend to do with their cars.
