Summoned to court for traded in car at Audi Centre

I traded in my car a VW Polo at Audi Centre Arcadia in October 2014, in March 2015 I received tickets for the POLO, I went to Audi and spoke to Jean Henderson, the manager and he promised that Audi will pay for the tickets as the car was their property by then, ticket issued on the (22/11/2014), 15 March I received summons to go to court for the tickets. I emailed Kebuileng Motuba about this matter and she forwarded the query to her colleagues including Jean Henderson. it has been 7 days since I sent the query to them and till today no one has responded back to me. the sales person that time was Vongani Risenga.
