SPARE KEYS

<p>I bought a car from audi mccarthy Arcadia from a sales rep Benton Mathye in 2013 November and didn`t receive a spare key . he promised to call me as soon as it is delivered. when i went there after a month he gave me the wrong key. i went again for the second time and he took the VIN number of my car and promised to place the order again. i called him after a month and he told me that he has been moved and i should contact his Manager dumisani. i contacted dumisani and he took the VIN number and promised to order the keys. I went there for the third time to check whether the key has been delivered. The Manager told me that dumisani has also left and he took the VIN number and my contact numbers and they haven`t contacted me since then. I am now in contact with Jean Henderson who is currently the manager in charge, however im not getting positive assistance from him as he has promised to get back to me since last year 17 April 2015.</p>
