Mickey Mouse Service - Audi Centre Arcadia

<p>I took my car to Audi Arcadia in Dec 2016, I was notified 2 days later by service advisor David that the cambelt broke and i gave them the go ahead to fix the vehicle. I kept on calling to check on the progress of my vehicle a couple of days later David told me that they had to remove the engine top to take it to engineering for valve installation which i agreed to. I paid the required amount for them to commence with the work on 5 Jan. I then paid the settlement on the 11 Jan and i was promised that the vehicle will be ready by 13 Jan, i kept in contact with the service advisor and all i heard was the car will be ready soon. 13 Jan went past & i was told that the workshop has assembled the engine but the car doesn't start, next thing they tell me that there is a software problem which they have to fix but till today (20 Jan) they have not managed to fix the problem, Then i requested that they should give me an alternative vehicle to use while they are trying to figure out the problem with car, David said his manager Garret Wood will make a plan for me which they both failed to do. I went to the dealership after speaking to Garret a day earlier when he promised to give me an alternative vehicle to use but all of a sudden he insists (with a bad attitude) that they are still trying to figure out what's wrong with the car and that the dealership is not responsible to issue the client with an alternative vehicle while they are still fiddling with the client's vehicle. I indicated to him (out of irritation & disgust) that they either fix & give me my vehicle or give it back and pay me my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it unacceptable that the dealership is Failing to fix my car and they are Failing to give me an alternative vehicle to use.</p> <p> </p> <p> The service advisors and their manager indicated a high level of unprofessionalism.</p> <p>All i need from Audi Arcadia is a solution and not stories and lies about the progress of my vehicle and an alternative vehicle i can use while they fix my car.</p> <p>Tebogo - ********** 727. </p>
