lost keys memoirs

<p>I lost my key on Monday the 9th of May and I immediately called audi centre arcardia (preowned) to ask for my spare keys. .mind you I had asked for them for a very long time.I bought the car in October 2015 and they didn't give me spare keys nor the service book..to think when I traded iny car I handed over everything to them why didn't they do the same? my car went for service without the book...now I'm stuck without a key and my movements limited</p> <p> </p> <p>worse is that they don't even reassure the client. They can't find my sparents keys. on Tuesday I had to make a follow up call to see if the spare was found. to my surprise it wasn't but I was told that they would order a new key for me on Wednesday and it will be delivered Friday. .They tried looking for the keys at vw menlyn with no luck. .but whatstill is actually irritating is that I have to follow them around for feed back. They don't call to say :ms we couldn't find your keys and this is the plan of action. ..Thursday I decided to go there in person to hear the stories properly. .u won't believe what they told me..my keys are made in Germany and would take up to 2 weeks before I get them. At the moment they didn't have courtesy cars but they said by Sa****ay they should. ..tried calling them but no answer. .I'm stuck and I need to get to work. .I regret ever trading in my car. I admit it's my fault that I lost my keys but should they have given me the spare I wouldn't be sitting here this displeased</p>
