Bad service Audi Arcadia

Needed to book my car Audi A3 for 120 000km on 09/11/2020 for 10/11/20

Guy in charge with courtesy cars tells me he doesnt have a courtesy car available

Late monday afternoon i re-booked my car for for 12/10/2020. After various messages left to the person in charge to arrange courtesy car for 12/11/20 he phoned me back on 11/11/2020 and states he doesnt have a courtesy car

If he responded sooner we could have made arrangements, i cant postpone my service as im already breaching 120 000 km

Not happy at all how the representatives are dealing or trying to assist customers.
