BAD SALES PERSON

<p>I bought a VW Polo vivo 2013 from a sales person Benton Mathye and i was not given a spare key he promised to deliver it since 2013, I have been contacting him since then, 2014 he gave me the wrong spare key, i went back to him and complain and he promised to re order another one . I kept on calling him and he kept on saying they havent delivered it yet. 2015/04/17 i went to his manager Jean Henderson he said i must send him Vin No, which i did and he promised to order a new key for me, i made follow up with him and he kept on promising to come back to me, yesterday he promise to check Benton Mathye and he will come back to me. today when i checked him he said he wont be able to assit and there is nothing he can do its is my loss.</p>
