Audi arcadia parts department service

I was kindly assisted from parts department by Joe, he was very patient with me while i was ordering parts i didn't even their names but he managed to give me exactly what i needed by asking me to describe the part and where is it located on the car to confirm the part he was sending me the parts on whatsapp whenever he was confused he could pick the phone and call me one by one all i did was to give him the VIN number of my vehicle, he even went extra mile by offering the deliver the parts for me without a single charge since i couldn't go and collect it myself cos i was at work.

I really appreciate the best service he provided otherwise i am happy.
