Poor service at Audi Centre Polokwane

I have bought a secondhand vehicle from the dealership. Their service was great at the start but after delivery of the vehicle, but now I am unable to recover the license fee from the dealer. The battery of the vehicle had died over easter weekend, a week after I had received the vehicle. I had to urgently buy a battery. The salesperson refused to refund the costs of the new battery. The salesperson is nou ignoring my whatsapp's and calls. I will not recommend this dealer for you future purchase.
